For athletes who experience higher levels of oxidative stress that are stronger than average due to the influences of hard training, UV exposure, or other factors, we recommend taking a higher dosage.

We recommend taking astaxanthin as a supplement because 12 mg is the equivalent of 12 red salmon filets, 4 bowls of salmon roe on rice, or 12 pouches of cod roe.

When is the proper time to take astaxanthin?

We recommend taking astaxanthin after eating.

Astaxanthin dissolves in oil, and it has been determined that taking it in combination with dietary oils makes it easier for your body to absorb.

It is preferable to take astaxanthin consistently every day, so we recommend deciding on a specific time that you personally would be unlikely to forget, such as just after breakfast or dinner.

Can it be taken along with other supplements?
