A supporter helping us fight through rigorous training and league matches

We, the members of OSAKI OSOL, began taking astaxanthin after cooperating in a survey on athlete oxidation. When we measured oxidative stress damage levels for all members of the team prior to the survey, we learned that our damage levels, accumulated through daily rigorous training, are extremely high. As we continued to take astaxanthin, the damage receded, and team members started commenting on their experiences saying that their “feeling of fatigue the day after training [has] reduced,” that they “have fewer fluctuations in [their] physical condition,” and that they “feel refreshed when waking up.”

Some team members even commented that they “don’t get as winded anymore when running dashes during training.” Astaxanthin is now one of the supporters helping us fight through daily rigorous training and league games.*Personal comment
